There's a funny line around 3:30am where you start to realize you're not going to get enough sleep, but it's too early to really consider going back into work. There's a funny catch-22 there. If I go to the gym in the morning it helps me sleep at night. But if I can't sleep at night I can't get up early enough in the morning to go to the gym.

You could always do yoga at home for 30 minutes if you're not sleeping, do something constructive but gentle to pass time...
