That's just ridiculous. It seems like "I refuse to be ripped off" is his excuse, and the court upheld it! Yeah, Jesus, but it was his heart that told him he should only pay 1/4 of the bill. My heart tells me I shouldn't pay so much for DSL service, but I doubt a judge would give it to me, because obviously it's harder for me to afford it, so if it's a hardship I *should* pay. I could only not pay if it would make no difference.
